Products - Molder Hoppers

Molder Hoppers are arranged to provide prepared foundry sand to squeezers, roto lifts and cope & drag molding stations. Molder hoppers are unique in design to promote sand flow. However, auxiliary devices maybe required to enhance sand flow depending on properties of the prepared sand. Molder hoppers have radius corners, one vertical side, spring supported to minimize vibration transmission, and special epoxy interior coating. Molder hopper pneumatically operated discharge gates are single or double leaf depending on size.
